📨 Submit a Feature Request
Use the in-app Resource Center to submit your feedback or feature suggestions to the DaySmart team.

If you experience issues or notice something that seems to no longer work as intended, contact support directly rather than submitting a feature request. This ensures the issue is addressed promptly and avoids delays. You can reach support at [email protected] or via our live chat.
Be clear and specific. Describe the feature, your goal, and any workarounds you currently use to achieve it.
Use the in-app messenger to submit your feedback or feature suggestions to the DaySmart team.
Click on Send us a Message.
Select Submit a Request.
Click Create a Ticket.
In the form, fill out the following:
Add a Title
This should make it clear what Feature or enhancement would you like to see implemented.
Add a Title
This should include additional details explaining the request and what you are trying to achieve?
Any workaround you’re using for this issue.
Upload a File
This can be inclusive of images or attachments if helpful.
Add a Product Area
If applicable, select a Product Area that this request corresponds to.
Click Create a Ticket to finish.

At this time you're unable to see other user's requests, only your own.
How do I vote for a request?

At this time we do not have voting capabilities. If there's something you request that others have requested, we update those numbers on the back-end for the Product Team to have visibility into.
