Verification needs specific business details so carriers can identify who is sending the messages and confirm you follow compliant practices. Send the items below to help us submit a complete application with no back-and-forth.

All fields including a valid website must be completed for reminders to send properly. Private social media links are not accepted for messaging verification.

DaySmart makes this easy with a free Online Booking site included in your subscription. If you do not have a website, enable it and follow the DaySmart Online Booking Start Guide – Cloud in the Help Center.

  • Required Business Contact Info

    • Business name, e-mail, address, & phone

  • Business Type (sole proprietor or LLC)

    • EIN/BRN if applicable

  • Website URL that is public and matches your business name

    We send you a short checklist requesting the items listed above.

  2. We submit your application
    DaySmart completes the Brand and Campaign registration for your business using the details you provided.

  3. Review period
    Carriers review the information. Timing varies. Accurate, complete details are approved faster.

  4. Approval and activation
    Once approved, we connect your messaging number so reminders and notifications send as expected.

  5. Status updates
    We notify you if we need anything else or when approval is complete so you can proceed with confidence.

Approval time varies by carrier and by the completeness of your details. Many accounts complete in a few business days once accurate information is submitted. If carriers request clarification, we will contact you to resolve it quickly.
