  • Moving appointments required more clicks and manual steps.

New Cloud Site

  • Drag and drop appointments anywhere on the Appointment Book.

  • To move to a different day:

    1. Drag the appointment to the holding space in the bottom left of the Appointment Book

    2. Navigate to the preferred day

    3. Drag it from the holding space into the desired time slot

    4. Open the appointment and manually update the time on the ticket

  • Create recurring appointments for repeat visits.

  • Waitlist functionality was not available.

New Cloud Site

  • Add appointments to the waitlist from the Appointment Book screen.

  • Move appointments off the waitlist any time availability opens up.
