Scheduling an Appointment

These instructions will help you successfully schedule a new appointment on the cloud website and from the mobile app.

​Cloud Website

  1. Click at the desired start time of the appointment under the column of the employee who will be performing the service of the appointment.

  2. Search for the client or pet name under Which Pet?

  3. Search for the service under What Services?

  4. Repeat the step above to add more services to your ticket.

  5. When you are finished, click Schedule at the bottom-right, and the appointment will appear on your appointment book.

​Cloud Mobile App

  1. From the Appointment book, double-click at the desired start time of the appointment under the column of the employee who will be performing the service of the appointment.

  2. Click on Select Existing Pet to bring up the Client/Pet list. By default the app will not show all clients, so you will most likely want to click on the magnifying glass in the top right to search for the specific client. Click on the Client/Pet when you have located them to add them to the ticket.

  3. To add a service, select Add a Service.

  4. The next screen will show Purchased items and you will also see All Services and Favorites.

  5. To add a product, select Add a Product.

  6. The next screen will show Purchased items and you will also see All Services and Favorites.

  7. Click Show More for additional options to Add Package, Add Membership, Add Gift Card, Refund Service, or Return Product.

  8. You can then adjust the date and time for the services along with adding who referred the client and appointment notes for the ticket.

  9. Once you have set up the appointment, press Book Appointment.
