  • A valid government-issued photo ID of the original account owner to attach.

  • Awareness that DaySmart Software, Inc. reserves the right to approve or decline transactions at its discretion.

⚠️ Before you submit:

  • Prepare a copy of the original owner’s photo ID (driver’s license or equivalent) as it is required.

  • Confirm both account databases involved are properly identified and valid.

  • Understand that processing may take up to one business day, and requests may be declined for any reason.

How long does the data transfer take?

Requests are typically reviewed and processed within one business day, depending on the accuracy of your documentation and account verification. If your request is approved, you’ll receive an email within one business day confirming approval and that the transfer has been started. Once the actual data transfer begins, it generally takes 2–4 business days to complete, but timing can vary based on request volume and the type/amount of data being converted.

What happens if I didn’t provide the required ID?
