Available:

Monday – Friday: 9 am – 7 pm ET

Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm ET

  • Available: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET

  • Cloud users can access chat through:

    • The in-app chat button, or

    • The messenger on the Help Center

As a cloud user, you have easy access to two chat options designed to suit your needs. Simply follow the video instructions below to get started.

  1. While logged into the software navigate to the question mark in the lower left corner of the software.
    ​

  2. Select the Chat with Support option to open the messenger.
    ​

  3. From here you can see Recent Messages, start new conversation with Contact Us, or use Search for Help to view our help center articles.

  4. After selecting Contact Us there will be a few options to choose from to describe your needs to connect you with the right team for live assistance.

  5. After clicking on one of the options you can either search for a help center article to view that article right in the application, continue to be connected with a live agent, or schedule a call for non-urgent issues at a time that works best for you!

  1. While logged into the app, navigate to the More option in the lower right corner.

  2. Select the Support option to open the messenger.
