FAQs

Find answers to common questions or additional details that may not be covered in the main instructions.

Click the arrow to view frequently asked questions.

How is commission calculated for package sales?

Click the arrow to view the answer

Commission is applied when the service is performed, not when the package is sold.

Can I edit a package later?

Click the arrow to view the answer

Yes, packages can be edited after they have been created on the Packages page found under More in your menu.

Do packages expire?

Click the arrow to view the answer

No, packages will not expire. The remaining package services/products will remain on the clients profile until used or manually cleared.

Will voiding a ticket remove the items from the clients profile?

Click the arrow to view the answer

No, voiding a ticket will not automatically remove any services or products tied to a package. Those items must be manually adjusted. To do this, create a ticket for the client to "redeem" the remaining package items. Once the redemption is applied, close that ticket using Custom at checkout. After the transaction is finalized, you can then void the original ticket to ensure everything is properly recorded.
