Turning on your Mobile Routing Map

  1. If you have the DaySmart Pet cloud subscription, you are able to do this directly from your mobile device.

  2. Click on More on the bottom right and click Settings.

  3. From you here, you can toggle the Use Map View on.

  4. If you navigate back to your appointment book, you will be able to select Map directly next to the Day view.

โ€‹How to use your Mobile Routing Map

  1. Once the map view is enabled on your app, you will be able to see your appointments for the day listed in order and numbered from the first appointment of the day to last.

  2. You can click Navigate on the appointment and it will pull up the navigation app you have installed on your device and show you directions to that client's home.

  3. You can either swipe to the right to pull up your next appointment or click on the number listed on the map to pull up the corresponding appointment.

  4. Clicking on the Contact button will pull up the client's phone number and email address.

  5. Clicking on the Notes section will provide you with all of the client notes that have been put into the software.

  6. Clicking on the Edit option will pull up the ticket and allow you to edit it as you normally would and provide you with the checkout screen.
