The Mobile Routing feature is designed for mobile pet groomers, allowing for efficient route planning and navigation directly through the DaySmart mobile app. Use this tool to view your appointments in route order, get driving directions, and access key client information with just a tap.
๐ ๏ธ Set Up Routing in the Mobile App
Turn on the routing map so you can visualize and navigate to appointments through the mobile app.

Clients profiles must include full addresses for appointments to appear correctly in Map View.

Access appointment routes, navigate to client addresses, and manage appointments directly from the map.

Once enabled, your appointments will display in map view, ordered and numbered from first to last.
Click Navigate on any appointment to open driving directions in your preferred navigation app.
โSwipe right to move through appointments sequentially or click any number on the map to jump to a specific one.
Select Contact to view the client's phone number and email address.
โSelect Notes to see client-specific notes entered into the software.
โSelect Edit to open the ticket, make changes, or check out the appointment as usual.

Yes. Tap and hold, or use app controls, to reorder appointments directly in the route view.
Does the route update if times or appointments change?

Yes. If your schedule updates during the day, the map will automatically recalibrate the route.
Does the app optimize my travel route between clients?

No, the app does not automatically optimize routes. However, you can see all locations on the map view at once and manually choose which location to navigate to next, allowing you to prioritize closer stops.
