Learn how to update employee working hours so the Appointment Book and Online Booking reflect accurate availability. Use the steps below to set single-day shifts, breaks, or recurring schedules on the web or mobile.โ€‹

Update when employees are working or off, and apply changes to specific days or recurring patterns.

๐Ÿ’กPro Tip:

  • Availability appears on the appointment book as white for working hours and grey for not working.

  • Use recurring schedules for consistent hours, then fine tune single days as needed.

  1. Select More and then click the Schedule.

  2. Double-click the cell in the employeeโ€™s column for the date you want to edit.
    โ€‹

  3. Select whether the employee is Working or Off (choose a reason if off).
    โ€‹

  4. Set the Start and End times.
    โ€‹

    1. (Optional) Add additional time blocks for breaks or split shifts (e.g., morning and afternoon).
      โ€‹

  5. To repeat the same pattern, choose Repeat.

    1. Choose the frequency, days, and end date for that schedule.
      โ€‹

  6. Click Schedule.
    โ€‹

  1. Tap More in the app menu.

  2. Choose Scheduling.
    โ€‹

  3. Select Employee Schedules.
    โ€‹

  4. Select the employee to edit.

  5. Tap the date you wish to modify.
    โ€‹

  6. Mark if the employee is Working or Off.
    โ€‹

  7. Enter Start Time and End Time.
    โ€‹

  8. For recurring schedules, tap Make Recurring Schedule, select weekdays, set an end date, then tap OK.
    โ€‹

  9. Tap Done in the top right when complete.
    โ€‹

Why am I not able to see all employees on the scheduling page?

If the employee is not showing it is likely due to their employee profile not being fully set up. They must set a password prior to that being shown actively throughout the software.



Can I record a reason for time off?

Yes, when marking Off on the website you can select a reason (e.g., vacation). Those preset options cannot be edited or changed.


How do I close for the entire day?

To close the entire day you would use the Close option in the Business Hours row under the date you would like closed.
