๐ Overview
This article explains how to control which services an employee is allowed to perform. Service limitations help streamline ticket creation, reduce scheduling errors, and manage what services clients can book with specific employees. These settings affect both internal use and online booking visibility.
๐ ๏ธ Set Up Service Limitations
Set up service permissions for each employee on both the cloud website and the mobile app.
๐กPro Tip:
Revisit service limitations after adding new services or categories to keep configurations up-to-date.
Use categories for bulk permissions, especially when multiple related services apply to one role (e.g., Add On services).
Enabling a category and then add/remove specific services will allow faster fine-tuning.
