Tracking Vaccinations is a very important part of running a business that works with people's pets. With your 123Pet software you can record what vaccinations pets have received and also track when they expire.
Setting Pet Vaccinations from the Website.
Select Clients/Pets at the top of the screen.
Double click on the Client profile you are entering the vaccinations for.
Select the Pet Info tab.
Check the box for the Vaccine the pet has received.
Set the Expiration date.
If you have a document to attach for the vaccine, press + Add Document. You will then need to navigate to the document you wish to attach to the pet.
Repeat steps 4 -6 for all vaccines that apply for the pet.
Press Save in the bottom right.
Setting Pet Vaccinations from the Mobile Apps.
Select More in the bottom right.
Select Pets.
Select the Pet you are entering the vaccinations for.
Press Edit in the top right.
Select the Medical tab.
Select Add A Vaccination.
Select the vaccine you are entering for the pet.
Select the Expires field and set the date the vaccine expires.
If you have a document to attach for the vaccine, press +Add a Document. You will then need to navigate to the document you wish to attach to the pet.
Repeat steps 6-9 for all vaccines that apply for the pet.
Press Save in the top right.
