These instructions will help you modify the length of an appointment by changing service duration times on open tickets. Once you’ve added a service to a ticket, you can easily change the details of that service.
Open an existing open ticket.
Find the service you're looking to adjust under Services.
From here you can either modify the start time or adjust the duration of the service in minutes.
Click Save at the top right of the appointment to save your changes and adjust the service duration.
