š Overview
Deactivating a client hides them from your active client list without deleting their profile, pets, or history. If a client returns, you can reactivate them at any time from their profile. Reactivating a client keeps all of their existing details, appointment history, and pet records intact.
ā ļøPlease Note:
Opening a client's profile and saving it without making changes does not reactivate the client. The inactive setting has to be turned off on the profile itself.

On mobile, open the client's profile and click edit, then scroll down to the No Longer Active toggle and swipe it off, then save.

Yes. Deactivating a client does not delete any information. All client details, pets, and appointment history remain attached to the profile and are available again once the client is reactivated.
