Multiple employees using the same login information will not allow for proper reporting of time clock entries. If a shared login is used, time clock entries will need to be manually added to reflect the correct employee(s).

Why can’t I adjust or add entries in the app?

The mobile app is limited to clocking in and out only. To add or modify entries, you must use the cloud website.
What happens if I forget to clock out?

Simply go to the Time Clock section via the cloud site and add or adjust the entry manually. This will require an appropriate access level, please consult your administrator if you are not able to view that screen.

Yes, on both the cloud site and the mobile app, you can include an optional comment when clocking out.
Can I see the location an employee clock in from?

No, the software will not provide a location or IP address for time clock entries. Nor will it allow you to limit use of the Time Clock feature based on these criteria.
